About Beepcake

Beepcake is an early-stage company building an AI field-to-office assistant for commercial service teams.

The planned workflow starts with small commercial food-equipment service companies. After a visit, a tech tells Beepcake what happened. Beepcake follows up on what’s missing and prepares a draft for the office to review, covering service records, billing, recommended repairs, customer updates, and return work.

The example on this site shows the workflow Beepcake plans to build. The product is not yet available to use. Conversations with owners and service managers will shape what comes first.
